Can I order blank invitations?
Because all our invitaions are original and customized,
we do not have have pre-printed designs like most
invitations shops. Everything is printed in quantities ordered
by the customer.
What
does the price per card include?
The price includes Dawn of Designs original art for card,
typesetting, one approval proof, priniting and the envelope.
There are no set up fees and no additional charges for the
customized wording. If you want a different color scheme
to fit your event, other than what is on the card, or a custom
design, you can email us for a quote dawn@dawnofdesigns.com.
What is a proof?
A proof is a representation of what the final invitation will
look like. We send a proof to you to be sure that
all of the information is correct (dates, times,
place, spelling, names, etc). Please be sure to check
your
proof carefully. We email your proof to you at no extra
charge.
What is the quality of
the paper?
We use only top quality products. The card paper is premium 80lb.
card stock
and high quality laser printing.
How long will my order
take?
After your proof is approved, your invitations will usually
ship the following business day. Orders are shipped
via USPS
priority mail with delivery confirmation. Priority mail has
an approximate delivery time of 3-5 business days. Give
us a call if you need your order sooner, and we can offer other
mailing options.
What is the minimum quantity
I can order?
The minimum quantity is 10 cards; any amount may be ordered
over 10.
How many words can I put
on the card?
There
are no set amounts of lines or words that you can put on an
invitation. Just let us know what you would like to say on
the invitation, and we will make it fit. If you need
a lot of information to appear on the invitation, choose
a card that has more printing space available.
What is your return policy?
Items that have been printed or have already
shipped cannot be returned. If the items we printed for you
contain a printing error caused by our staff, we will gladly
reprint your order at no charge. We may ask you to return the
erroneous items at our expense. Sorry, we cannot replace items
if the error was contained in the text you provided, or if
you approved a proof. However, we will work with you to correct
the mistake quickly and reprint your order at a discount. Once
your order has been received, please examine it and verify
that your entire order is correct. Please contact us immediately
if you find any issues with your order.
